Shipping and Returns Policy

Delivery Policy

Depending on the items ordered, most goods will be sent in a Australian Post express bag. They are sent via Australia Post within 48 hours of receipt of payment. If payment is received on a weekend, goods are shipped out by Tuesday the following week. Please note that some delays may occur during busy periods (i.e. during the Christmas season). Typically goods are received between 1 and 3 days from your order payment date.


If you believe an error has occurred, either on your invoice or during the payment process such as entering incorrect values, please contact us to arrange resolution of the issue, or a refund in the case of over payment.

Change of Mind Items

Choose carefully as we do not issue refunds, credit or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
